About my therapy practice

My name is Natia and I am a BACP registered psychotherapist with extensive training and experience working with a diverse range of clients.  My practice is grounded in Integrative Psychotherapy, drawing on Psychodynamic, Person-centred and Relational techniques, amongst others, which I adapt to meet the unique needs of each individual.  My practice is founded on my belief that you, the client, come first. Rather than use a particular guiding idea, I am thoroughly trained and grounded in different therapeutic approaches, adapted to suit whatever need you come with.

By  working collaboratively in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where you feel heard and supported, we'll explore and identify challenging thoughts and feelings, guiding you toward clarity and growth along the way.

My interest  in therapy was driven by a desire to understand the complexities of the human mind and help others find a path to meaningful change.  My work within mental health organisations and the private sector, has allowed me to gain valuable experience in supporting individuals from diverse range of cultures and backgrounds through wide range of  challenges, including trauma, relational difficulties, and personal growth.

Prior to embarking on my journey as a therapist, I held various corporate roles that provided me with valuable insights into interpersonal dynamics and human behaviour. This experience has equipped me with a unique perspective on workplace dynamics and stress management, allowing me to understand the challenges individuals face in their professional lives. As a result, I am able to support clients in navigating stress and achieving a healthy balance.
